Welcome to Sunbear Studio

Dear Friends, After 19 years of gallery business, I’ll be closing that part of Sunbear Studios on June 30. It’s been a great run! I began Sunbear as an artist in 1996 and opened the first of our three gallery locations in 2003. Over the years, the gallery has been blessed with countless amazing artworks, thousands of happy customers, people who have found joy learning to make art, and some of the most talented artists on the planet! I will miss everything and everyone. Devoting my life to art, selling the art of others, and offering art instruction to our community has been one of the best decisions I ever made. But it’s time for a change. My immediate plan after closing is to do some already scheduled shows this year, and I will also explore a few other opportunities to show my work.
