Jane Heller is a practicing artist whose career as an abstract painter spans forth plus years. Heller's paintings and multi media artworks have been featured in many invitational and juried shows throughout the United States.
Her works have been published in two books, one sponsored by the National Collage of Society and the other The Society of Layerist in Multi Media. Jane is a signature member of both of these group.
In addition to being a full time artist, Heller has taught children's art classes through the recreation department in Granville, Ohio, as well as adult drawing classes. Always interested in art education, Heller was a founding codirector of The Works gallery in Newark, Ohio; a member of the advisory board of Denison University Museum of Art; a member of the Denison Research Foundation; a former president of The Bexley Area Art Association; has lectured on Modern Art; and critiqued and juried numerous art shows.
